It's a shame that historic facade couldn't be saved. Anyhow, I look forward to the end of this project. I still wish that avenue lot was filled rather than kept a plaza.
I think this will be a good clean classic modern look that can fit in well with the remianing architecture. That plaza won't bea plaza anymore. It is going to be the outside cafe area of SCottys with a fire pit or two, and then a small section of the triangle as a pass through.

Oh, so that's what it is called. I've been working in the building right next to it for two months and never knew that.
